Frequently Asked Questions

How does this work?

Upon purchasing an upgrade key from our service, you can use the key to receive an invitation to join a Spotify Family group which will give your account the premium upgrade. In the event that the plan is canceled or you are removed from the group, you may utilize the previously purchased key to obtain another invitation. Generally, memberships obtained through this process tend to endure for several years.
Why do I have to enter my account credentials?

For you to be able to join to the Family group, it's essential to align the country on your account with the correct country that matches with the Family Plan's country. Once the upgrade process is completed, feel free to change your password or you can even just provide a temporary password specifically for the upgrade procedure. We do not retain or store your credentials at any point in the process.
Unavailable Country

We maintain a rotating stock of accounts from various countries on a weekly basis. Some countries may be more challenging to restock promptly. We advise patience for the next restock, or consider using an alternate country, albeit with some limitations on music catalog availability.
Renewal Process

Receiving an email stating that your account is no longer part of the family implies a loss of the premium status and qualifies for a renewal. To proceed, visit the Renew page and input the account details. The system will initiate the renewal process to restore its usability, accessible on the Upgrade page.
Restocking Frequency

Restocks typically occur on a weekly basis, occasionally every 2 days in more challenging circumstances. Requests for restocks or opening tickets will not affect the process, as we consistently strive to maximize our stock availability.
Lifetime Guarantee

When referring to a "lifetime guarantee," it's essential to understand that our Spotify upgrades are for the duration of the SPOTI.ONE service. During this period, we offer unlimited and free replacements for any downgrades that may occur.
